Job summary

WRSTBND, a leading event technology partner, seeks a Sr. Implementation Manager to guide clients through technical onboarding and live event readiness, translating requirements into platform configurations and coordinating integrations.

You will own testing, training, and handoffs, while reducing risk and ensuring smooth delivery. This role demands strong project management, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding from requirements gathering through launch readiness.
• Translate client requirements into platform configurations and guide best practices.
• Configure, test, and validate events including tickets, credentials, and devices.
• Own onboarding of third-party integrations and data flows.
• Lead client training for administrators and operators.
• Serve as technical point of contact during implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and Engineering to address complex requirements.
• Develop onboarding docs, guides, checklists, and reusable processes.
