Job summary

SWBC in San Antonio is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and product implementation, coordinating across departments to ensure smooth integration and value delivery.

You will manage onboarding tasks, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and KPIs reporting, with hands-on training for clients and a focus on process improvement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project management, proficiency in MS Project, and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business or business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of general experience in project management, account management, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of IT project management.
• Expert in Microsoft Project.
• Proficient Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent client engagement skills.
• Excellent problem resolution and problem analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding tasks, project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Perform software training for all clients within your pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive change and improve efficiencies.
• Identify risks and issues that may impact delivery and create mitigation plans.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to enable collaboration.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on project performance and KPIs.
