Job summary

WRSTBND is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to guide clients through onboarding and go‑live on our event technology platform.

You translate event requirements into platform configurations, manage third‑party integrations, and lead testing, acceptance, and team training for successful events. You will collaborate with clients and our internal teams to reduce risk, improve the client experience, and build scalable implementation processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with event technology, ticketing, access control, credentialing, or live‑event operations.
• 4+ years configuring and troubleshooting integrations across multiple technology platforms.
• Leading software implementations, integrations, onboarding, training, or technical deployments.
• Experience using API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience creating test plans, acceptance criteria, training programs, or technical documentation
• Experience working directly with clients in a technical environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients and events from requirements gathering through launch readiness.
• Translate client requirements into WRSTBND platform configurations; guide clients toward best practices.
• Configure, review, test, and validate events, including ticket types, credentials, access rules, devices, and integrations; build end‑to‑end tests.
• Own onboarding and implementation of third‑party integrations; troubleshoot data flows across multiple environments.
• Lead client training for administrators and operators; develop guides and reference materials.
• Serve as a technical point of contact; communicate capabilities, decisions, risks, and testing results clearly.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to address complex integration needs.
• Develop onboarding documentation, templates, and reusable best practices.
