Job summary

TEAM Risk Management Strategies is seeking an exceptionally organized Implementation Manager in California to oversee large-scale client onboarding and ensure a top-tier experience for our clients. You will coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables, acting as a trusted partner across HR, Client Partnerships, and service teams.

You will build scalable processes, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining exceptional client service and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years in client-facing roles with project management demands.
• Experience with a staffing company or a PEO is a plus.
• Experience in large implementations within a service-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-profile client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through transition to ongoing service, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, progress tracking, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage a high volume of client and employee onboarding requests, coordinating cross-functionally with HR, Client Partnerships, and service teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Develop and implement tools, processes, and strategies that improve implementation efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted implementation partner and contributing to retention and growth.
• Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries promptly and collaborating to resolve complex issues.
• Design scalable, compliant solutions that align with client needs while supporting operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure all client customizations, decisions, and commitments are documented and communicated to service teams.
• Identify potential implementation risks and drive projects to completion within timelines.
