Job summary

Leap Event Technology seeks an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and configurations for our suite of event tech. You will own deployments, configure conventions, and train clients on ticketing products, ensuring long-term success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in live events or SaaS, strong communication, and technical acumen. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with travel to events up to 20% and remote-friendly work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client-facing project management experience.
• 3+ years in live events and/or SaaS industry.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in two Leap platforms: Epic Experiences and Ticketing.
• Manage top-tier client implementations; oversee and execute the internal delivery process to ensure on-time implementation.
• Configure conventions and products, build schedules, and facilitate launches.
• Review and approve all builds and deliverables prior to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals and provide status updates.
• Onboard and train clients on Leap products; build events for clients where applicable.
• Travel onsite to events up to 20%.
