Job summary

WRSTBND, a leading event‑tech partner under AXS, seeks a Sr. Implementation Manager in New Orleans to guide technical onboarding and platform configuration for live events.

You will coordinate third‑party integrations, lead testing, and train client teams on essential workflows to reduce risk and improve client satisfaction. You’ll translate requirements into WRSTBND configurations, manage testing plans, and act as the technical point of contact throughout implementation, partnering with

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience with event tech, ticketing, access control or live-event ops.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting integrations across platforms.
• Experience using API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Experience creating test plans, training programs, or technical docs.
• Experience leading software implementations and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients and events from requirements gathering through launch readiness.
• Translate client requirements into platform configurations and guide best practices.
• Configure, review, test, and validate events including tickets, credentials, and access rules.
• Own onboarding and implementation of third-party integrations; validate data flows and troubleshoot.
