Job summary

WRSTBND is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to guide clients through technical onboarding and live event operations using the WRSTBND platform. You will translate event needs into configurations, coordinate third-party integrations, and train client teams on workflows and best practices.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, risk identification, and leading cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to deliver reliable event experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with event technology, ticketing, access control or live-event operations.
• 4+ years configuring and troubleshooting integrations across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading software implementations, onboarding, training or deployments.
• Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Experience creating test plans, acceptance criteria or technical docs.
• Experience working directly with clients in a technical environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software quickly.
• Knowledge of software implementation and system integration best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations to fixed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients and events from requirements gathering through launch readiness.
• Translate client requirements into WRSTBND platform configurations and advise on best practices.
• Configure, review, test, and validate events including ticket types, credentials, access rules and integrations.
• Own onboarding and implementation of third-party integrations; validate data flows and troubleshoot.
• Lead client training for administrators, managers, and operators with documented guides.
• Serve as technical point of contact throughout implementation and coordinate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BD, Operations, and Engineering to elevate complex requirements and recurring issues.
• Improve scalability with onboarding docs, standards, guides, templates, and checklists.
