Stavtar Solutions seeks an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and delivery experience for clients. You will serve as the primary contact from contract signing through go-live, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure every implementation lands on time, within scope, and aligned to business value.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of implementation, professional services, or related SaaS/fintech experience.
• Strong project management with ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate APIs, integrations, data flows and reconciliation with engineering.
• Excellent client-facing communication with executive audience experience.
• Able to push back diplomatically to protect scope and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live.
• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and docs.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes early.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Utilize AI tools to automate discovery, onboarding, and admin tasks.
• Provide product feedback loop to inform roadmap.
