• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in client-facing role or project management.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and goals to set mutual objectives.
• Create a launch strategy and supervise post-launch adoption for 2–4 months.
• Set timelines and project plans; manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver tailored training and enablement for customer teams.
• Oversee end-to-end setup including integrations and billing/support workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Finance to improve CX.
• Identify risks and develop actions to retain customers and grow programs.
