Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small and growing businesses through their first critical phase with our product. You’ll partner with clients to ensure successful adoption, configuring Connecteam to fit their unique needs and driving measurable value.

Lead end-to-end onboarding, deliver training, highlight quick wins, and establish strong usage patterns to boost retention and satisfaction while proactively addressing at-risk accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for SMB customers, from kick-off call to activation.
• Delivering tailored training sessions to help clients configure and implement Connecteam.
• Guiding customers to quick wins that showcase the platform’s value and increase adoption.
• Ensuring customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identifying at-risk clients early and creating proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
