Uber Technologies Inc. is hiring for a Senior Associate, US&C Commercial Enablement New Hire Onboarding.

You will onboard and coach new Account Executives and Account Managers, helping them apply learned skills to real customer conversations and commercial activities within designated Uber offices. You will partner with frontline managers and enablement teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience, monitor progress, and tailor support to ramp milestones, using feedback and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or related field.
• Experience delivering live training and coaching to adults.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams in sales roles.
• Able to coordinate programs, manage schedules, and track progress.

Responsabilités

• Deliver new-hire onboarding: facilitate Fast Start onboarding for US&C Account Executives and Account Managers during first 60 days.
• Provide hands-on, in-office support to answer questions and reinforce training.
• Lead workshops, role plays, and coaching on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and pipeline management.
• Help new hires reach early productivity by building pipeline and conducting customer conversations.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, track participation, and ensure resources are up-to-date and accessible.
• Use data to improve onboarding outcomes and tool adoption (Salesforce, Seismic, AI tools).
