Connecteam is seeking an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small and growing businesses through their initial adoption of our platform. You will lead end‑to‑end onboarding, deliver tailored training, and help clients realize quick wins that demonstrate value from day one.

The role focuses on onboarding success, adoption, and retention across SMB customers, requiring strong training skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic startup environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for SMB customers, from kick-off call to activation.
• Delivering tailored training sessions to help clients configure and implement Connecteam based on their unique business needs.
• Guiding customers to quick wins that showcase the platform’s value and increase adoption.
• Ensuring customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identifying at-risk clients early and creating proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
