Job summary

Uber is seeking an Implementation Lead in Chicago to onboard SMB customers, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Finance. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, deliver tailored training, and guide data-driven improvements to programs and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role and/or project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis with ability to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal teams to understand needs and goals and influence outcomes.
• Create a strategy for seamless launch and implementation, supervise 2–4 months post-launch.
• Communicate effectively and manage timelines and project plans for implementation.
• Deliver tailored training and enablement with live sessions, scalable resources, or collateral.
• Oversee end-to-end technical setup including account configuration and integrations (SFTP/SCIM/Expense).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and Finance to act on feedback and improve experience.
• Identify risks and develop action plans to prioritize retention and growth.
