Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate for US&C Commercial Enablement New Hire Onboarding to help Account Executives and Account Managers ramp in their first 60 days at an Uber office.

You will facilitate onboarding, deliver ongoing training, and coach sellers on prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and account planning while using Salesforce, Seismic, and AI tools. Collaborate with managers to ensure consistency and early productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, sales, account management, Commercial Operations, or related field.
• Experience facilitating live onboarding, workshops, or coaching for adult learners.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams with understanding of core commercial activities.
• Ability to coordinate programs, manage schedules and competing priorities, and follow through on operational details.
• Experience using CRM, learning, content management, or reporting tools to support daily work.
• Proficiency in English with ability to provide actionable feedback to new hires and managers.
• Ability to work from the designated US&C Uber office with in-person presence aligned to onboarding needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire onboarding: coordinate onboarding sessions, activities, assessments, and milestones during the first 60 days.
• Provide hands-on, in-office support to new hires, answering questions and reinforcing training.
• Train and coach core commercial skills: prospecting, discovery, objection handling, pipeline management, and account planning.
• Help new hires reach early productivity by building pipeline, managing conversations, and coordinating ramp milestones.
• Partner with frontline managers to align on coaching priorities and smooth handoffs to ongoing development.
• Coordinate onboarding resources, cohort schedules, and ensure access to accurate materials.
• Use data to improve outcomes: track progress, tool adoption, and insights to enhance onboarding content.
