Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Associate for US&C Commercial Enablement New Hire Onboarding to help Account Executives and Account Managers build confidence and core selling skills during their first 60 days. You will deliver onboarding, run workshops, and coach teams in a designated Uber office, driving early productivity and practical application of training.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, sales, account management, Commercial Operations, or related field.
Experience facilitating live training, onboarding, workshops, or coaching for adults.
Experience supporting customer-facing teams or in a sales/account management role with understanding of core commercial activities.

Responsibilities

Deliver new-hire onboarding, coordinating sessions, practice activities, assessments, and milestones during the first 60 days.
Provide hands-on, in-office support to answer questions and reinforce training.
Lead workshops, role plays, call reviews, and coaching on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, pipeline management, and account planning.
