Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to deploy our products across complex client engagements, mentoring junior team members and collaborating with product and engineering. This role requires deep knowledge of FactSet Analytics tools, strong communication with sophisticated users, and willingness to travel to client sites.

As part of the Implementations team, you will lead high-value projects, optimize solutions, and support pre-sales activities to ensure successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Extremely detail-oriented with initiative and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide product guidance on processes based on customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with sophisticated users about investment principles.
• Create workflow specifications and prioritize client requirements for technical staff.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Facilitate transitions from implementation to support.
