FactSet is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead implementations across product lines, focusing on performance analytics and risk tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years with FactSet Analytics.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Proven ability to write complex screening codes.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Collaborate on building project plans.
• Provide product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry.
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process.
• Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products.
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support.
