Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist in New York to deploy FactSet products across complex client engagements, delivering high-value projects with leadership responsibilities.

You will mentor junior staff, participate in pre-sales solutioning, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to improve workflows and experiences for users across the investment industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of performance workflows and a solid technical background.
Proven ability to write complex screening codes and understand how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

Provide product guidance on solutioning based on customer needs and workflows.
Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and applications.
Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications for technical staff.
Identify growth opportunities by outlining client structures and additional needs during implementation.
Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products.
Provide user training and support development of training programs.
