Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to deploy high-value projects across its portfolio of analytics products. You will independently implement workflows, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize client deployments.

In this role, you will support pre-sales efforts, manage complex engagements, and drive deployment success while ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to support.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of performance workflows.
Proven technical proficiency, particularly with writing complex screening codes.
Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

Provide product guidance (functional and technical) on processes based on customer needs.
Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles.
Create user workflow specifications and report specs; guide technical staff on client requirements.
Identify growth strategies by outlining client structures and uncovering opportunities.
