Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to deploy our analytics products across high-value client engagements. You will ensure proper data integration, configure modules, build end-user reports, and train clients throughout implementations.

This role emphasizes strong technical skills and proactive guidance for optimal use of FactSet subscriptions. The position involves complex client interactions, collaboration with engineering and product teams, and occasional travel to client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years using FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background with ability to write complex screening codes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and report specifications for client requirements.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite’s technical aspects.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and their industry applications.
• Identify growth opportunities by mapping client structures and opportunities during implementation.
• Share trends and areas for improvement observed during implementations.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to improve FactSet products.
• Provide user training and assist in developing training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
