Job summary

FactSet’s Senior Implementation Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for deploying products and ensuring clients maximize value from subscriptions. They handle data integration, module configuration, end-user reports, training, and client support throughout the implementation.

This role is project-based and may mentor junior team members, collaborate with Product Development and Engineering, and identify deployment improvements to drive opportunities for clients and sales.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
• Proven proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Certification preferences include CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutions based on customer needs.
• Create user/workflow specifications and report specs for analytics deployments.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite technical aspects and integrations.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with sophisticated users about investment principles.
