Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead implementation efforts for our Analytics portfolio. You will partner with regional teams to drive best practices, ensuring deployments scale and become easier to implement over time.

The role requires deep knowledge of FactSet Analytics, performance tools, and risk offerings, with hands-on guidance to client projects and cross-functional collaboration with Product Development and Engineering. Hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Excellent technical background and ability to write complex screening codes.
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA or other industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates; collaborate on project plans.
• Provide product guidance on processes based on customer needs and client requirements.
• Develop user workflow specifications and direct technical integration staff on priorities.
