Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to deploy and optimize workflows across its analytics tools, driving high-value projects for investment professionals. You will mentor junior team members and participate in pre-sales solutioning to ensure successful engagements.

The role focuses on delivering complex implementations, collaborating with Product Development and Engineering, and training users to maximize product adoption and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline
• At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows
• Strong technical background
• Proven technical proficiency particularly with writing complex screening codes
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs
• Communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry
• Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs
• Produce client-facing communication to facilitate transition from implementation phase to support
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities
