Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to deploy FactSet products through high-value projects. You will guide clients, mentor junior staff, and lead complex engagements, with a focus on workflows, training, and solution optimization.

The role requires deep knowledge of FactSet Analytics tools, strong technical skills, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangement across major US cities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven proficiency with writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• Certifications (CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM/MBA) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with big-picture thinking.
• Initiative and ownership orientation.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles.
• Create workflow and report specifications; guide technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities by mapping client structures and uncovering additional revenue potential.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to improve FactSet products.
• Deliver user training and support development of training programs.
• Produce client-facing communications to transition from implementation to support.
• Implement new deployments or enhance existing ones to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Continuously train users and support program development.
• Drive deployments to support business growth and client success.
