Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations across our performance, analytics, and risk tool suite. You will partner with regional leaders to ensure deployments align with market needs and scale across products.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, providing technical guidance, and training users to maximize value while driving adoption. Travel to client sites will be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with PA, SPAR, Portfolio Vault & Insight and Analytics APIs.
• Proven ability to write complex screening code.
• Strong client-focused and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates; assist with project plans.
• Provide product guidance (functional and technical) for customer processes.
• Create user workflow specs and define priorities for integration staff.
• Develop understanding of Analytics suite technical aspects.
• Deploy and enhance solutions to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and applications.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Share trends and areas for improvement with Product/Engineering teams.
• Provide user training and support through training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
