Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer deployments across internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and adoption of outcomes. You will craft the delivery strategy, own the integrated plan, manage risks, and report status with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, establishing success criteria and guiding governance while aligning with executive stakeholders for a positive customer outcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex multi-workstream customer implementations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from handoff to customer acceptance and close.
• Translate scope into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, workstreams, milestones, resources, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate implementation specialists, Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners.
