3E seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer implementations with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners.

You will translate customer scope into an executable implementation plan, manage risk, and drive on-time delivery with measurable outcomes and data-backed reporting, while guiding governance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or project management in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams, dependencies and products.
• Own project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, change control, and delivery outcomes.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and data dashboards for reporting project health.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from internal handoff through acceptance and close.
• Translate scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy covering milestones, resources, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate implementation specialists across Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability throughout delivery.
• Lead customer project governance and communications with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain milestone trackers and conduct phase-gate reviews with mitigation plans as needed.
• Identify cross-workstream risks and determine impact on the critical path.
• Deliver multi-product initiatives through scope control, coordination, and data-backed reporting.
• Build dashboards or reporting tools to make status and risk visible beyond meetings.
• Manage customer escalations diplomatically and ensure commitments are met.
• Partner with Commercial on handoffs and identify expansion or renewal risks.
• Support pre-sales scoping to ensure deliverability of complex opportunities.
• Drive post-onboarding Value Realization projects including migrations, integrations, and optimization.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent implementations based on risk and customer impact.
• Improve implementation processes and time-to-value, enhancing the overall customer experience.
