Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program. You will define architecture, strategy, and maturity across workforce, customer, and machine identities, collaborating with security leadership to reduce the attack surface and guide cross‑functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation, and ensure compliance with major frameworks while advancing the organization’s identity capabilities in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus.
• Architecture and operation of IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, federation, and access controls.
• Experience with threat detection, automation, and observability.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Lead continuous adaptive trust capabilities and ZTNA implementation.
• Oversee MFA/FIDO2, SSO, federation, and crypto standards in multi‑cloud.
• Govern IAM lifecycle automation and PAM governance with policy enforcement.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop IR playbooks.
