Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, anchoring identity as the control plane in a defense‑in‑depth program. This role owns architecture, strategy, and maturity of AI‑enabled identity tech across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities.

You will mentor engineers, partner with security leadership, and help reduce Relativity's identity attack surface while advancing detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM/security engineering with deep identity, authentication, and access expertise.
• Expert experience architecting identity platforms (IdP/SSO: Okta, Entra ID, Ping) and IGA/PAM tooling (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk).
• Proven ability to design automation for access enforcement and observability; strong knowledge of benchmarks and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identity as core defense‑in‑depth layer.
• Advance CAE, risk-based and phishing‑resistant authentication within Zero Trust architecture.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across SaaS and multi‑cloud environments.
• Define and tune SSO, federation, and authentication standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP).
• Lead governance for non‑human identities and PAM including drift detection and policy enforcement.
