Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity programs, anchoring identity as the primary control plane in a defense‑in‑depth program. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI‑enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities.

You will mentor engineers, reduce identity attack surface, and elevate detection and response capabilities across cross‑functional teams, with a focus on CAE, MFA, SSO, and PAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Expert, hands‑on experience architecting and operating identity platforms (IdP/SSO, IGA, PAM).
• Knowledge of authentication/federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/automation language (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturity.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA, and JIT access across paths.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across cloud environments.
• Define and tune CIS/DISA standards with automated compliance validation.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into detection stacks and IR playbooks.
