Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, directing architecture, strategy, and operational maturity for AI-enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and machine identities.

You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and mentor engineers while reducing identity attack surface and elevating the organization's ability to detect and respond to identity-based threats.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Experience with IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols.
• Mentor engineers and communicate strategy clearly.
• Familiar with MITRE, NIST, Zero Trust frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust architecture.
• Engineer MFA/FIDO2, SSO, and federation standards across SaaS/multi-cloud.
• Lead PAM deployment including vaulting, JIT elevation, and session monitoring.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR for detection and response.
