Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to set the direction for the enterprise IAM program, owning architecture, strategy, and operations across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with the Manager of Enterprise Security to reduce the identity attack surface and elevate threat detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM or security engineering experience; or 6+ years with a master's.
• Expert experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Proficiency with authentication/federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and complex access investigations.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities within Zero Trust architecture.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across paths.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS/multi-cloud.
• Define hardening standards using CIS/DISA with automated validation.
• Lead identity lifecycle automation and governance (IGA).
• Lead PAM implementation and drift detection; automate policy enforcement.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop identity IR playbooks.
