Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, anchoring identity as the primary control plane in a defense‑in‑depth program. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities, partnering with the Manager of Enterprise Security.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and help reduce the identity attack surface while enabling secure, scalable access across multi‑cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, InfoSec, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering; Master’s in Cybersecurity with 6+ years.
• Expert with IdP/SSO: Okta, Entra ID, Ping; IGA and PAM knowledge.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust and related controls.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for containerized services.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Develop continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturation.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Define and tune SSO, federation, and authentication standards across cloud environments.
• Lead governance for non-human identities with policy-as-code enforcement.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and IR playbooks.
• Provide mentorship to Advanced and Engineer-level identity engineers.
