Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, owning architecture and operational maturity for workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and mentor engineers to reduce the organization's identity attack surface and improve detection and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering; 6+ years if holding a Master's degree.
• Expert, hands-on experience architecting/operating IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience leading identity threat detection, complex access investigations, and automation for access enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities (CAE, risk-based authentication, phishing-resistant auth).
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Define and tune hardening standards using CIS Benchmarks/DISA STIGs with automated validation.
