Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity, architecture, and operational maturity across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will partner with security leadership, mentor engineers, and drive zero-trust initiatives to reduce identity risk.

In this remote, full-time role, you will design identity lifecycle automation, governance, PAM, and threat detection integrations, while aligning with compliance frameworks and auditing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Expert, hands-on experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping) and IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and access investigations.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and zero-trust maturity.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, JIT access.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Define and tune hardening standards using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
