Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy and architecture across workforce, customer, and machine identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and mentor engineers while elevating our ability to detect and respond to identity‑based threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/InfoSec or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Expert in IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, Kerberos).

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturation.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across paths.
• Define and tune SSO, federation, and authentication standards for SaaS and multi‑cloud.
• Set hardening standards using CIS Benchmarks/DISA STIGs with automated validation.
• Automate identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) with HR and directories.
• Lead IGA capabilities: access reviews, certifications, and SOD enforcement.
• Lead PAM implementation including credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Govern for non‑human identities with policy‑as‑code enforcement.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/UEBA and develop IR playbooks.
