Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM program, architecture, and strategy across workforce, customer, and machine identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and guide cross‑functional teams to mature identity controls and defend against identity‑based threats.

You will design identity architecture, implement CAE and ZTNA capabilities, optimize SSO, PAM, and governance, and mentor engineers while aligning with standards like NIST and CIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/InfoSec or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus or 6+ years with a Master's.
• Hands-on experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM platforms.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Familiarity with benchmarks and frameworks (MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for containerized services and CI/CD.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust (CAE), risk-based auth, and ZTNA maturity.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across paths.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across clouds.
• Define hardening standards with CIS/DISA and automated compliance.
