Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market. The role requires proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and developing new opportunities in an assigned territory.

You will present HCM products to final decision makers and end users, identify opportunities, and craft proposals aligned with customer needs. You will work with tenured management, Application Consultant support, and a referenceable customer base to close contracts quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Engage with a tenured management team and support staff to close contracts quickly.
