Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive responsible for net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise spaces. You will present HCM/Payroll solutions to final decision makers, build proposals, and drive revenue growth within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales, hunter mindset, and a strong track record of exceeding quotas. The base salary offers a substantial earning opportunity with commissions and RSU plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience selling HRMS/Payroll to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• New Logo (Hunter) sales approach with quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Exhibit knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts; maintain strong communication.
