UKG is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space. The role requires proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and a track record as a New Logo Rep (Hunter).

Ideally located in or near the territory with knowledge of the local business climate, you will engage with final decision makers and end users to present HCM products and services. UKG offers an opportunity to grow a strong, reference-able customer base, with an enabled support structure

Formación

Minimum of 3+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals aligned with prospects' needs.
Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
