Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise spaces. Candidates should have 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, with a hunter mindset and strong presentation skills.

You’ll work with seasoned teams to close complex deals and expand our hosted SaaS base. The base salary is $125,000 annually, with incentive plans to increase total earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Ability to present HCM products to final decision makers.
