Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and demos with our Application Consultant team.
• Build and manage a productive sales pipeline across mid-market accounts.
