Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise spaces. The role requires proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and a hunter mindset to win new business across an assigned territory.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HCM sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex payroll solutions to decision makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales/marketing proposals for HCM products and services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and competitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HRMS/Payroll solutions to final decision makers and end users.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to solve customer challenges.
• Identify opportunities and propose tailored HCM products/services.
• Work within an assigned territory to drive new logo acquisitions.
