Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market space across the United States. Candidates should have a proven track record selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and experience as a New Logo Hunter.

You will present HCM products to senior decision makers and support teams through RFPs and demos. Expect a high-performance, incentive-driven environment with a focus on growth and a strong reference base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a Hunter/new-logo seller.
• Ability to present to final decision makers and end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers within an assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities and develop proposals for HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Collaborate with proposals, RFPs, and demos with supporting teams.
