Job summary

UKG seeks a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise space. You will present HCM/Payroll solutions to decision makers, leverage a strong support team, and build a thriving sales legacy in a rewarding SaaS environment.

Base salary is $125,000 annually, with a performance-based incentive plan and potential equity rewards. Location-flexible within the US, with robust resources to help close complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users within territory.
