UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. You will present HCM and Payroll solutions to final decision makers, develop compelling proposals, and close contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Candidates should have 5+ years of proven success in HRMS/Payroll sales, a hunter mindset, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded quotas.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities.
