UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space in the United States. The role requires a proven track record selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and thriving in a hunter sales environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HCM sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a deep knowledge of the HCM/SaaS landscape. Base salary is $125,000 with potential performance incentives and a fast-paced, KPI-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Hunter mindset with New Logo experience in mid-market/enterprise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers within an assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for HCM products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
• Demonstrate understanding of the strategic sales process.
