You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system changes, while supporting HR customers and driving process improvements.

The role involves analyzing issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring solutions meet business needs across multiple enterprise areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions.
• Experience with Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of future application features and map requirements to system capabilities.
• Implement and test configuration changes; develop and execute regression tests.
• Provide production support and deploy changes in a timely, quality manner.
• Lead deployment activities for assigned application areas.
