Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR solutions using IT.
• 2 years' experience in Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or a Learning Management System.
• 3 years' functional business process experience with HR functions.
• 3 years' experience in business analysis and requirements definition

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR and payroll applications and test scripts for regression testing.
• Provide production support and coordinate application changes with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and document them.
• Lead design activities and ensure alignment with customer strategy and budgets.
• Deliver project plans, manage risks, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure change control and audit compliance for implemented changes.
