Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll systems professional to support Enterprise HR Technology Management and process owners. The role focuses on analyzing system functionality, gathering requirements, configuring, testing and deploying HR solutions across business areas.

The incumbent will conduct user sessions, maintain applications, manage change controls, and deliver new features within update cycles to meet customer needs and ensure compliant, efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions using information technology
• 2 years' experience in at least one of Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or a Learning Management System
• 3 years Functional business process experience with Human Resources
• 3 years experience in business analysis and requirements definition
• 3 years Healthcare or health insurance experience

Responsibilities

• Application Maintenance and Support: Maintain knowledge of future features; gather requirements; map to system capabilities; perform configuration changes; develop and execute test scripts; provide production support; deploy changes; lead implementation for assigned areas.
• Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy; ensure requirements are defined and agreed with customer SME team; communicate with customer team to align expectations; meet commitments.
• Process Management: plan and deploy upgrades; assess services; translate business processes to functional requirements; drive design activities; deliver operational metrics.
• Project Management: identify issues/risks; manage project plans; coordinate team meetings and third-party providers; test strategy documents.
• Complete unit testing and documentation prior to hand-off; adhere to change control for audit/compliance.
• Other duties as assigned
